Mary Cassidy, an associate broker with Bronxville-Ley Real Estate , has been appointed co-chair of professional standards for the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, a four-county Realtor association. Effective Jan. 1, 2012 the Westchester Putnam Association of Realtors merged with the Rockland County Board of Realtors and the Orange County Association of Realtors to create the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors. Topics covered by the code of ethics include fiduciary duties to clients, representation of property, truth-in-advertising and fair housing.
Cassidy has been a Realtor since 1989 and with Bronxville-Ley Real Estate since 1994. To receive a copy of the Realtor code of ethics please call, email or stop in the office at 17 1/2 Park Place, Bronxville.
