North Castle Takes Action Against 'Zombie' Homes

NORTH CASTLE, N.Y. – The Town Board recently took action toward alleviating the problem of abandoned or “zombie” homes in the community, according to All About Armonk.

At a recent public meeting, the board unanimously passed a law that would pave the way for significant financial penalties for those who chronically keep their properties in disarray, All About Armonk reported.
