The closures are so crews can perform construction activities, weather permitting.

Single-lane closures will start at 9 p.m. with double-lane closures expected to begin at 11 p.m. All lanes are expected to re-open by 6 a.m. each morning. Motorists should anticipate delays and seek alternate routes when possible. Drivers are asked to use caution when traveling through the work zone area and pay particular attention to all traffic control devices, including signs and flaggers.

Fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone. In accordance with the Work Zone Safety Act of 2005, convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zone could result in the suspension of an individual’s driver's license.
