ARMONK, N.Y. -- Heavenly Productions Foundation, a charitable organization based in Armonk, will be donating and shipping 200 teddy bears and Heavenly Lullababies CDs to Orlando Medical Center in Orlando, Florida in honor of the 49 innocent people killed recently and 53 people injured during the Orlando nightclub massacre.
The teddy bears and Heavenly Lullababies CDs will be distributed to children in the pediatric ward and babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
Heavenly Productions Foundation will set up a table outside of DeCicco's & Sons Family Market in Armonk on Friday from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. where community members can "Sponsor a Teddy Bear" for $20 (tax deductible) and sign a gift card, with some inspirational words, that will be attached to the teddy bears; the teddy bears will be shipped to Orlando Medical Center and its hospital affiliates.
People can also "Sponsor a Teddy Bear" online at www.HeavenlyProductions.org. Visitors to the site just need to click on "Shop & Give" and then click on "Donate" to send $20 via HPF's PayPal account and email what they'd like to have written on the teddy bear message card.
HPF also set up a "Sponsor a Teddy Bear" table outside of DeCicco's & Sons Family Market in Armonk on June 27 and July 1.
