Employees who can prove they get at least seven hours of sleep in a row for 20 nights will receive $25 a night, up to $500 annually, CNBC reported.
Employees can track their sleep using fitness trackers such as Fitbit, CNBC said.
Bertolini emphasized the business boon and productivity benefits of being well-rested in the workplace, CNBC reported.
