WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- The system that brought as much as two inches of rainfall to parts of the area has moved northeast, but Westchester could see scattered showers and thunderstorms Sunday afternoon and evening.
Sunday will be a mostly cloudy day, with some peaks of sun possible, and a high between 75 and 77 degrees.
There is a 40 percent chance of showers and storms after 1 p.m. The storm chance will diminish after 7 p.m.
The outlook for Monday calls for clouds mixed with sun and a high of 75.
