The right lane has reopened after a serious crash with multiple injuries reported on I-287 in Westchester early Wednesday afternoon.

The westbound crash, reported around 12:45 p.m., occurred at Exit 5 (Routes 119/100) in Greenburgh with stopped traffic at the scene and gridlock to Exit 8W (Bloomingdale Road).
