Crashes Cause Morning Delays On Saw Mill Parkway, I-684, I-287

Crashes that initially blocked lanes caused stop-and-go delays on the Saw Mill River Parkway, I-684 and I-287 during the Tuesday morning commute.

The crash on the Saw Mill was southbound and took out the right lane at Marble Avenue (Exit 27) with traffic backed up to Bedford Road (Exit 28).

The I-684 crash, reported just before 8 a.m., was also on the southbound side. It initially took out the left lane at Route 35 (Exit 6), with traffic backed up to I-84 (Exit 9).

The crash on I-287, reported just past 8 a.m., blocked the left lane on the eastbound side at Exit 5 (Routes 119/100), with traffic backed up to Route 9A (Exit 2).
