Ryan Clore Jr., 15, broke into his grandmother's home on Broad Street in East Petersburg Borough, crack her safe, and took her loaded Ruger LCP .380 handgun on March 3, around 5:15 p.m., according to a release by the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department on Monday, March 6, 2023.
