The Junior Horsemen, 9-0 this season, trounced Ossining, 32-12 for Sunday's victory.

The Westchester Youth Football League is made up of teams from 15 local communities.

The youth football team from Tarrytown outscored its opponents this season by a historical 256 to 37 points.

The Horsemen's volunteer coaching staff is made up of Dave Hallesworth, Rob Gramaglia, Jason Estevez, John Balascio, Tommy Kellas and Chris Pulio.

Gramaglia told Daily Voice that team work and dedication during the past 17 week paid off this weekend.

"The children in grades three and four bought into the philosophy that if you practice and play hard, show sportsmanship, and respect the rules of the game, success will be hard not to achieve," Gramaglia said on Monday.
