The Pride won the New York State Federation title for the first time, defeating Long Island Lutheran, 64-54, in the final at the Times Union Center.

Ossining (28-2) has won seven Section 1 titles, four New York state championships and five regional crowns during head coach Dan Ricci's 25-year tenure, but Saturday mark a first-ever Federation crown.

Tournament MVP Shadeen Samuels finished with 17 points for Ossining, despite being plagued with foul trouble.

Freshman Aubrey Griffin (22 points) and Kailah Harris (six points) were all-tournament selections.
