RYE, N.Y. – The Rye City School District announced Wednesday that Angela Garcia will succeed retiring Osborn School Principal Clarita Zeppie. Garcia, who is currently the Assistant Principal at Wampus Elementary School in Byram Hills, will start as principal on July 1.
"It is an honor to be the next principal of Osborn School," Garcia said.
