The Dobbs-Ferry based organization, which runs the school for children with autism, has filed a complaint against JMF Properties, claiming it sold them land so they could build 35 apartments only to see them propose a 200-unit project, according to The Examiner.

St. Christopher’s said JMF amended the original contract that omitted the number of units that could be built, according to The Examiner. St. Christopher's did not learn about the new project until last year, when JMF made a presentation to the town, according to The Examiner

St. Christopher’s is not looking to void or terminate the contract and is seeking no damages, but wants the court to give the organization direction, according to  The Examiner.

St. Christopher's is concerned that the noise and disruption from the development would not be good for the autistic children at the school, according to The Examiner.
