The festival, which also raises funds for educational opportunities for children in Byram Hills beyond what the district’s operating budget provides, will include music from several local bands, a silent auction and more.

During the festival, officials will honor William Donohue, Byram Hills superintendent, and Dr. H. Evan Powderly, the principal of HC Crittenden Middle School in Armonk, who are retiring at the end of the school year.

Donohue joined the district in 1990 and took over as head of schools five years ago.

Powderly has been the principal at Crittenden Middle School for almost 24 years.

Tickets to the event are $200 per person; attendees can sponsor a teacher's attendance for $100.

Opportunities are also available to advertise in the festival event magazine with ad costs beginning at $250.
