WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Forty agents with the Westchester Real Estate, Inc. group recently earned the title “Certified Skilled Negotiator."
They join more than 100 Westchester real estate agents who have earned their certification over the past several years. The training and certification are offered in the New York metro area exclusively to members of the Westchester Real Estate group by nationally recognized trainer John Hamilton.
In order to earn their certification, agents attended an intensive training program, followed by written and practical testing to demonstrate mastery in negotiating skills.
“In this changing and still challenging real estate market, consumers more than ever rely on their Realtors to help them navigate the complicated process of buying or selling property in the New York metro area,'' said Gail Fattizzi, Westchester Real Estate Inc.'s executive director. "Negotiating skills are key to that, and these high-level agents clearly demonstrate their tangible value to buyers and sellers in every real estate transaction.”
The agents who have graduated from the Certified Skilled Negotiator program are from Westchester Real Estate, Inc. offices throughout Westchester and New York City including Bronxville-Ley Real Estate in Bronxville, Billingsley Realty in Katonah, ERA Insite Realty in White Plains and Bronxville, Stiefvater Real Estate in Pelham, Peter J. Riolo Real Estate in Hastings-on-Hudson, J. Philip Real Estate in Briarcliff Manor, as well as the group’s New York City affiliate office.
