KATONAH, N.Y. -- Need six bedrooms, eight fireplaces and a guest cottage on 20 acres in Katonah? Publishing heir Dirk Ziff is willing to sell it to you -- for $8.9 million, the real estate blog Curbed reports.

The stone English manor built in 1900 is set on 20 acres in Katonah. It's got everything you might need -- pool and pool house, tennis court and a barrel ceiling in the living room, according to the listing on Zillow.

But the mortgage would likely set you back $30,000 a month. And the taxes and insurance would be another $10,000 a year.
