According to reports, the rap mogul - whose real name is Sean Combs - is the co-signer of a property at 16 Brookridge Road with the mother of his eldest son, Tania Hooten, that is facing a foreclosure auction next month.
A Zillow listing for the three-bedroom, 3,000-square-foot home has the property listed at $843,000. The residence features two and a half bathrooms and was previously sold in 2003 for nearly $900,000. Other amenities include vaulted ceilings, a private deck and a fenced yard inside a gated community.
Hooten and Combs reportedly lost the home earlier this year and are selling so the lender can recover nearly $1 million in lien and interest costs. The foreclosure auction is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 2 at the Westchester County Courthouse in White Plains.
