Crooner and talk-show Harry Connick Jr. and his wife, model Jill Goodacre Connick, have put their New Canaan mansion on the market for $7.5 million, the WSJ said.

Connick did not say where they planned to move but told the Wall Street Journal that he and his wife want to do a new renovation project.

The rustic house is a converted barn that was originally built in 1890. It has dropdown TV and a Steinway, which was a gift from Goodacre to Connick on his 30th birthday, according to a video tour of the house. They have lived for their 20 years and raised their three daughters there, the story said.

The 4.6-acre property includes a swimming pool, a gym and a small barn, according to the WSJ.

Connick, 49, is a singer, songwriter, actor, judge on "American Idol" and now hosts his own syndicated talk show, dubbed "Harry." He has sold over 28 million albums worldwide.
