ARMONK, N.Y. -- Art Adelman, the outgoing charman of the North Castle Planning Board, cites political motivations behind the decision against reappointing him for another term, according to theexaminernews.com.
Adelman was informed by town Supervisor Michael Schiliro during a meeting on Dec. 12 that he would not be serving on the board in 2016, theexaminernews.com said.

Schiliro's reason was to allow an increasing number of younger residents interested in serving the town and dismissed Adelman's allegations as being based on conjecture.
