WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. – Sen. Gregory R. Ball has announced the launch of Black Stone Global LLC, a multifaceted technology, political consulting, marketing and investment company.
Ball will serve as chief executive officer of Black Stone. Communications Director Josef Bachmeier III will serve as chief marketing officer and Director of Operations Colin J. Schmitt will be the company’s president. International entrepreneur Charles V. Miles of Chicago will serve as chief financial officer.
“It has been the honor of a lifetime to serve the residents of New York as senator and member of assembly before that,” said Ball. “Using the skill sets that I have developed and perfected in public service, private business, and my military career, I decided to launch a truly innovative technology, political consulting, and marketing venture. Joining me will be key members of my senate senior staff Josef Bachmeier and Colin Schmitt. Both Joe and Colin are well known for the respective talents they brought to my senate office and will continue to succeed in delivering top-notch operational leadership for Black Stone.”
Black Stone’s U.S. operations are based in Austin, New York and Chicago.
Ball's 40th senate district includes Armonk, Bedford, Briarcliff, Chappaqua, Cortlandt, Lewisboro, Mount Kisco, North Salem, Peekskill, Pleasantville, Pound Ridge, Yorktown and areas of Putnam and Dutchess counties.
