Two Passing Out At Party Tops North Castle Police Blotter

NORTH CASTLE, N.Y. -- Two people passing out during a party on Maple Avenue is among the recent incidents reported by the North Castle Police Department.

On May 14, a called reported that a male had passed out and hit his head during a party on Maple Avenue. When police arrived another person at the same table had also passed out. An ambulance was called and both people were transported to the White Plains Hospital.

Other calls included:

  • May 13: A six-year-old girl called 911 because her cat had snuck out of the house. The father told officers there was no emergency.
  • May 13: A US Postal worker called and stated that an elderly lady that walks up and down School Street was currently stretched out laying on the side of the roadway. Officers responded to the site and said the person was waiting on the side of the road for a ride.
  • May 16: A caller reported that a man had knocked on his door attempting to sell cuts of meat. The person was operating a white Chevrolet pickup which said "Northwestern Beef" on the side, and is described as a white male in his 20s, with black hair with highlights, two earrings in each ear, and approximately 5'10" or 5'11". Officers responded, there was no incident to report.
  • May 16: Caller reports observing a female party park her car (which he described as a gray Ford minivan) on North Broadway in the lot at location and had run inside the store. In the vehicle were two small children; caller observed the older child was in the driver's seat of the vehicle. He confronted the operator when she came out, but he stated she just began saying things like "God bless you" to him. He stated she is no longer at the store and he did not see which direction her vehicle went.
