On Tuesday, June 21 at 6:09:27 p.m., a caller from Windmill Road reported that her ex-brother-in-law allegedly sent threatening texts to her father and other family member that were attending SUNY Purchase College's graduation. Sporn was located and detained at the Purchase campus.

Here are other incidents in the past week:

  • June 17, 1:51:56 p.m.: An anonymous caller reported a man taking photos of the dam and lake area. Officers responded and found that the photographer checked okay.
  • June 17, 2:19:09 p.m.: A Ledgewood Place caller reported that two of her neighbors had dogs that bark incessantly whenever she's outside. ACO Morales responded and noted that nobody answered at either address, nor were there any barking dogs. 
  • June 20, 1:07:43 a.m.: A complainant from Glendale Avenue reported that a former tenant entered his property, flipped a bench and drove away. Officer McCarrick responded and reported that the party was apparently gone on arrival (GOA).
