Police Seek Footage, Witnesses Amid Probe Into Katonah Man's Death

KATONAH, N.Y. -- Amid the investigation into the death of Katonah's David Cuse, Bedford Police announced that they are seeking witnesses and security camera footage of the area near his home.

In a pair of statements issued on Tuesday, police stated that they are looking for anyone who was walking or jogging on Cherry Street on Saturday, Dec. 26 between 4:45 a.m. to 5:54 a.m.

Police are also seeking anyone who has security camera footage that covers Cherry Street or near by.

Anyone who was in the area during the aforementioned time or possesses relevent footage is asked to call Bedford Police detectives at 914-241-3761.

Cuse, 39, was pronounced dead in his front yard at 11 Oak Road, which was roughly 16 hours after the timeframe that police are eyeing. 

Police added, based on preliminary findings, that Cuse was killed by multiple gunshot wounds and was attacked during the previous early morning hours.
