Jairo Sanchez, a resident of the Bronx, was charged with trespassing, a violation, criminal contempt in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor and resisting arrest, a Class A misdemeanor.
On Wednesday, police were called to a James Street home for a domestic incident and Sanchez was warned by the residents about trespassing and left without incident.
The next night, police received a 911 call that he was back on the property and he was arrested. He was released on his recognizance and a temporary order of protection was issued at 7 p.m.
At 7:17, the residents called 911 again and said Sanchez was calling them, violating the order of protection. Sanchez was located walking on Crompond Road. While police were attempting to arrest him, he physically resisted the officers.
Sanchez was remanded to Westchester County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.
