Man Allegedly Exposes Himself, Urinates On Sidewalk Outside Armonk Bank

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. - An allegedly intoxicated man exposed himself and urinated on the sidewalk in front of a woman outside of a bank in Armonk.

A woman reported to police in North Castle that she was in the parking lot of Citibank on Main Street at approximately 11:40 a.m. on Sunday, July 2, when a man, believed to be in his 60s, exposed pulled down his pants and began urinating on the sidewalk and grass area in the rear parking lot, police said.

According to police, the caller reported that the man appeared to be intoxicated. He was wearing a red shirt and gray sweatpants at the time of the alleged incident.

Police said that she witnessed the alleged incident from inside of her car as she was leaving the parking lot, returned home and contacted the North Castle Police Department. Officers that responded to the scene canvassed the area but were unable to track down the alleged suspect.

The caller told police that she wanted to make officers aware of the incident, but did not want to respond to police headquarters to offer an official statement or pursue the matter any further.
