Burbank was born Feb. 5, 1962, in Bronxville, daughter of Irmgard (Baerschneider) Jagger and the late William Donald Jagger. She attended Ohio Wesleyan University for her undergraduate degree, and received her Masters from Penn State University. She was employed by Kellard Sessions Consulting, Armonk as an environmental planner. She was a member of the Rusticus Garden Club in Bedford.
Burbank is survived by her husband, David Burbank; daughters, Madeline and Katherine; mother, Mo Jagger; and sister, Donna Johnson. She was predeceased by her father, William.
Calling hours are Wednesday, July 10 from 4 to 7 p.m. at John Jay Homestead, 400 Jay St., Katonah. A private family service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, information regarding a donation in Burbank's memory will be available at Wednesday's visitation.
