Utility Work Slows Traffic On Route 22 In North Castle

NORTH CASTLE, N.Y. -- Work being performed by Con Edison subcontractors will cause traffic delays on Route 22 between Cox Avenue and Banksville Road in North Castle on weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The subcontractors are working to complete a utility pole replacement. Tree removal in the area will also take place once the utility work is completed.

Work is expected to be completed by Tuesday, April 22, weather permitting.

Motorists are advised to use alternate routes during construction times or plan ahead for delays.
