Tai Chi Master, Health Navigator Offer Services At Armonk Library

ARMONK, N.Y. -- The North Castle Public Library in Armonk is offering tai chi classes every Saturday morning at 10:30 a.m.

Led by Larry Attile, a master of tai chi and tae kwon do, each class is geared to the experience level of the participants so everyone is challenged and can participate.

Attile brings a holistic view of personal wellness to every class that will inspire students of all ages and abilities.

The library also has a health-care navigator to assist Westchester consumers in accessing health insurance coverage.

Berta Pineyro has nearly 20 years experience helping Westchester residents get insurance coverage. She has partnered with the county Health Department for more than 15 years in this capacity.

Pineyro is available on Mondays by appointment only. She can be at the Armonk Library between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. and at the North White Plains Branch between 2:30 p.m. and 6 p.m.
