HARRISON, N.Y. An SUV wound up on the guardrail of the southbound Hutchinson River Parkway near the North Street overpass Tuesday afternoon. County police and emergency vehicles responded to the scene and a tow truck eventually removed the car shortly after 5:30 p.m. The accident caused a traffic jam for miles on the parkway.
