WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Heavy rain and wind are making for a soggy start to the workweek in Westchester County and could cause minor flooding in coastal areas.
Showers will linger for most of the day on Monday with a high of 57 degrees. Chance of rain is 100 percent with wind gusts up to 21 mph.
Showers will continue into the night with the possibility of thunderstorms.
Sun will return on Tuesday with a high around 70 degrees.
Rain will return on Wednesday with a high in the low 60s. Chance of rain is around 30 percent.
Partly-to-mostly sunny skies will prevail through the rest of the week and into the weekend.
