At approximately 8 a.m., the minibus, carrying four students, a driver and aide, was traveling northbound on the parkway when it struck the structure, Westchester County Police spokesman Kieran O’Leary said.

The children were safely removed from the bus and taken to another, which took them to the Westchester School for Special Children in Yonkers. No injuries were reported. One northbound lane of the Saw Mill River Parkway remains closed. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
