Officials In North Castle Weigh Taking Over Armonk Pool

NORTH CASTLE, N.Y. -- Town officials in North Castle are mulling over a proposal to take over operations of the Anita Louise Ehrman Pool in Armonk, according to the Northern Westchester Examiner.

Officials don't expect stewardship of the pool to be a profitable venture, but also want to ensure that doing so wouldn't be a financial drain on the town, the Northern Westchester Examiner reported. 

The town's Budget and Finance Committee is expected to propose some more concrete ideas in the coming weeks, the Northern Westchester Examiner said.
