WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- President Obama commented on Saturday that he had heard only last week that Hillary Clinton, a Chappaqua resident, used her private email for her official business while she was secretary of state, according to a report by The New York Times.
Obama said that he was pleased that Clinton turned over her emails for archiving and the administration's police was to "encourage transparency," the report said.
Obama did not address how he did not notice that Clinton was sending emails from "clintonemail.com" throughout the years while she was serving on the administration, the report said.
