ARMONK, N.Y. North Castle police responded to a call from a North White Plains woman who reported a robbery at her house on Feb. 29. Police located a man at the Little Spot restaurant on North Broadway who fit the description the woman gave. The man was questioned at headquarters, but police determined he didnt commit the crime. He was released and no other suspects were apprehended.
In other blotter news, a North Plains store clerk called Feb. 29 to report a disoriented and possibly intoxicated customer. When police arrived, they confirmed the customer was intoxicated and called for an ambulance. They also discovered there was an active warrant on the man for petit larceny from Monroe County. Police contacted Monroe County to advise officials there of contact with the party before sending the suspect to Westchester Medical Center.
