NORTH CASTLE, N.Y. – The North Castle Town Board voted unanimously Aug. 5 to start the process to make repairs to the Long Pond Park dam, reports the Examiner.

Proposed repairs need to be submitted to the Department of Environmental Conservation by Aug. 14 and an analysis of proposed projects will need to be completed by The GEA Group by the end of 2015, according to the report.
