ARMONK, N.Y. North Castle Police said that a resident on Mt. Kisco Road in Armonk reported seeing a suspicious male walking throughout his neighborhood. The incident occurred around 8:20 a.m. on May 6. Police said the Armonk resident reported hearing a loud scream and then a tall white male with a medium build and wearing all black walking from his neighbors property on Mt. Kisco road on to his property. According to police, upon their arrival, the individual in question was gone and neighbors did not report seeing anyone on their property. The incident is under investigation.

Town ordinance violation: North Castle Police said they responded to an outdoor concert taking place at the Fire Pit Restaurant at 1 Kent Place on May 5 around 9 p.m. Police reported that the concert was in violation of a town ordinance that requires a Cabaret License/Permit for an outdoor concert, and also in further violation of the outdoor dining regulations listed in the North Castle Town Code. Police said restaurant staff was notified of the violation and the concert was moved inside.
Suspicious individuals: Police said an Armonk resident reported that two suspicious males were sitting in a black Suzuki vehicle near Whippoorwill Road and Meadow Hill Place in Armonk around 5:30 p.m. on May 4. Police said the woman reported that the two white males appeared to be passing back and forth a brown papered cigar while parked on the side of the road. According to police, the males were gone upon arrival.
