The town is expected to file an Article 78 against OMH, saying it failed to uphold the town's objections, according to The Examiner. Supervisor Michael Schiliro said the town will initiate its legal action by Friday, according to The Examiner.

The treatment center would be run by Paradigm in an eight-bedroom house at 14-16 Cole Drive for teenagers suffering from mental health issues like depression and anxiety.

Residents have strongly opposed the center, while the town has questioned whether there is a need for the center in Armonk. There are three facilities within 3.5 miles of the proposed center.
