No Evidence Of Active Shooter At Naval Medical Center, Reports Say

An active shooter report at the San Diego Naval Medical Center on Tuesday morning appears to be a false alarm, according to multiple reports.

The hospital reported the shooter just after 8 a.m. local time. The hospital advised occupants to "run, hide or fight" in a Facebook post

"An active shooter has just been been reported in building No. 26 at Naval Medical Center San Diego," the Facebook post read. "All occupants are advised to run, hide or fight. All non-emergency response personnel are asked to stay away from the compound."
