Shortly after 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 28, the North Castle Police Department received a report that an employee, in her late teens or early 20s had fallen off a ladder and broke her arm.

Police transferred the call to local paramedics, who were dispatched to the scene and transported the woman to Northern Westchester Hospital for treatment on the injury. Her condition was not immediately available.

Other items on the North Castle Police Department blotter from June 23 to July 3 include:

  • Earlier that day, police were dispatched to a Brockwood Road home, where a woman reported that her neighbor’s dog had attacked her dog, causing lacerations to the animal. Police spoke with both parties, and it was determined no charges would be pressed and they would settle the medical expenses separately.
  • Police are investigating an incident that took place last month in the DeCicco’s parking lot, where a motorist struck a car and caused more than $1,000 in damage. Last week, a local resident reported to police that someone had struck the rear bumper of his car on the passenger’s side and requested surveillance video of the lot. The repair estimate totaled more than $1,400. The incident is under investigation.
