WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. – New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has officially become the first United States governor to visit Cuba in 50 years.
Westchester State Senator and Yonkers resident Andrea Stewart-Cousins is also part of the historic delegation to the Communist-run island.
Cuomo kicked off his visit Monday and will conclude his 24-hour tour of the country on Tuesday, USA Today reported.
