Con Edison Tree Work To Close Roads In North Castle This Week

NORTH CASTLE, N.Y. -- The North Castle Police Department is issuing a road closure advisory from Tuesday, Dec. 3 to Thursday, Dec. 5.

Police are asking residents to use caution and avoid certain roads that are set to be closed this week along Long Pond due to Con Edison tree work. 

The North Castle Highway Department advises that Con Edison will be performing tree work this week as follows:

• Tuesday, Dec. 3: 

-9 a.m. to noon between Valley Lane & Pond Lane -Noon to 2:30 p.m. between Banksville Road & Pond Lane

• Wednesday, Dec. 4, Thursday, Dec. 5: -9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. between Banksville Road & Pond Lane

Residents are asked to use caution when driving through these areas and to use alternate routes of travel whenever possible.
