ARMONK, N.Y. - North Castle police and firefighters converged on the scene of a one-car accident this afternoon on Route 334 in Armonk. The driver of the car was injured and taken to the hospital, but no details on the driver's identity or condition were available at the scene.
The car collided with a telephone pole and wound up with extensive front end damage. It was towed away at 3:20 p.m.
The car was a black Audi with New York plates. A full police report will be filed later Thursday.
