The child pornography case against WTNH-TV meteorologist Justin Goldstein has been continued until Aug. 12, according to NBC Connecticut.

Goldstein, 33, of Hamden, Conn., was arrested earlier this month on charges of illegal possession of child pornography and promoting a minor in an obscene performance after Connecticut State Police found child pornography files on his computer. NBC Connecticut reports that images contained children as young as 4 years.

Meanwhile, Goldstein was released on $200,000 bond, and suspended from New Haven's WTNH-TV officials pending resolution of the case. He was originally expected to appear Tuesday in Meriden Superior Court.
