WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert for a 69-year-old last seen late Sunday afternoon on Long Island that was issued Sunday and included Westchester County has been canceled Wednesday by the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services.
Thi Chau, from Smithtown in Suffolk County, is a 5-foot-2, 137-pound woman with dementia, had last been seen in Smithtown at 4 p.m. on Sunday, wearing a dark-colored Northface jacket, black jeans, and white sneakers.
No further information on the cancellation of the alert was immediately available.
The alert also included Putnam as well as Orange, Nassau and Suffolk counties and all of New York City.
