WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert that includes Westchester has been issued by the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services Thursday for a 74-year-old man with dementia.
Yevgeniy Gilman was last seen on Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. in the area of Delmar Loop in Brooklyn. He is 5-foot-3, 130 pounds and was wearing a blue T-shirt, blue jeans and white sneakers.
He was driving a gray 2006 Toyota Matrix with New York registration BMB-6185. He may seem confused and be in need of medical attention.
The alert also includes Putnam, Rockland and Ornage counties as well as Nassau County.
