Accidents On Hutch, Taconic, Saw Mill, I-684 Tie Up Morning Traffic

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Several morning accidents and a disabled vehicle are causing delays on the Hutchinson River and Taconic State parkways and I-684 on Tuesday morning.

A disabled vehicle, reported at 8:20 a.m., blocked the right lane on southbound I-684 at Route 172 (Exit 4) in Bedford, resulting in stop-and-go traffic up to the Saw Mill Parkway (Exit 5).

An accident blocked the left lane on southbound I-684 in Goldens Bridge. The accident, reported at 8:45 a.m., is causing backups to Route 116 (Exit 7).

An accident on the southbound Saw Mill River Parkway, reported at 8:45 a.m., at Route 9A (Exit 25) caused backups to the Taconic State Parkway. 

Earlier, an accident on the northbound Hutch at Webster Avenue (Exit 16) in New Rochelle, reported at 7:30 a.m., caused backups to the Cross County Parkway (Exit 15).

An accident on the southbound Taconic State Parkway, reported at 7:45 a.m., caused stop-and-go traffic up to Pleasantville Road in Mount Pleasant.
