North Castle Candidate Carthy Thanks Supporters

Dear Friends,

 Last night I lost my campaign for town board.   

 Republican candidate Howard Aden won the Supervisor’s seat and Alliance Party candidates Councilman Michael Schiliro and Stephen D’Angelo won the two town board seats.  It was a tough campaign for an independent Democrat to win against the Alliance and Republican Parties.  I ran the best campaign I could and I gave it my all.  

For all of you who participated and encouraged my campaign, I thank you and I am honored and flattered by your support.  

Although I disagreed many times with Supervisor Weaver and retiring councilwoman Becky Kittredge, they devoted their lives to this town and I applaud them both for their service and dedication to North Castle. 

I wish the best to Howard Arden, Mike Schiliro and Steve D’Angelo.  I trust that they will work together to build the best future for our community.
