ARMONK, N.Y.- After moving from across town to McDonald Avenue, Cheryl Trembone is looking to unload some of her extra odds and ends Friday and Saturday. Whatever is not sold will be donated to charity.
According to Trembones sister Kim Jenkins, Fridays sale went well and many people arrived to scoop-up anything from electronics, kitchen tools, decorative items, piano, furniture, and toys.
Whatever we dont sell were going to donate to the charities Big Brothers Big Sisters and Quest for Peace, Jenkins said. Its a nice day and its been going great so far. Weve had a lot of people.
Trembones and Jenkins daughter Emma Trembone and cousin Olivia Jenkins helped out in sorting and selling toys and other items.
The sale will continue 9am-2:30pm Saturday.
