The foundation, which is located in Armonk, said that its new members are Westchester County Court Judge Anne E. Minihan, fundraising and marketing veteran George Drapeau; and John and Marie DeCicco, who are owners of DeCicco & Sons, a grocery store chain that has a location in downtown Armonk.

Minihan, the foundation notes, was elected as a judge in 2014 to a 10-year term. Prior to that, she served as a village justice in Croton-on-Hudson, a magistrate judge and as an assistant district attorney.

The foundation notes that Drapeau, who is described as an "amateur musician" in instruments such as the violin and viola, has experience in philanthropy that includes serving as a board member, chief development officer and event planner.

The DeCiccos, according to the foundation, have six locations for their grocery stores - employing 600 people combined - and have donated foods to its past events.
