Each year, only five percent of all attorneys in New York are selected for the list.

Chadakoff, of New Rochelle, also has been included in the 2013 list of the Top 25 Attorneys in Westchester. The list is compromised of Westchester-based lawyers who received the highest point totals in the New York Metro Super Lawyers nomination, research, and blue ribbon review process.

Goldsmith, of Armonk, first was named a Super Lawyer in 2009 and has been named every year since for a total of five years in a row. Goldsmith also was selected as one of the top 25 attorneys in Westchester in 2010 and 2011.

“Attorneys on the Super Lawyers list are considered to be ‘lawyers’ lawyers’ in as much as they have to be highly recommended by their peers,” notes Joel S. Lever, a founding partner of Kurzman Eisenberg Corbin & Lever, LLP. “There is no doubt that Jessica, who chairs our Trusts and Estates practice, and Richard, a partner in our Real Estate group, are truly ‘lawyers’ lawyers’ based on their legal skills, sound judgment, and the quality of their work. They excel at providing clients with the type of sophisticated legal services that is the hallmark of this firm.”
